LKH Field Hockey training sessions are open to players who want to improve their skills and learn the game.

 

THE LKH DIFFERENCE

LKH trainers pride themselves in improving fundamental skills while also incorporating high-level techniques in numerous drills and game situations. LKH has an excellent player to coach ratio and provides constant feedback to all players.
 
LKH will focus on individual skills such as stick work, passing, receiving, off ball movement, defending, and scoring (sweeps, chips, reverse chips, squeeze hit, tips, and aerials). All skills will be transitioned into controlled possession games and game situations. (2v1, 3v2, Circle Offense, Circle Defense)
